- Create a diving program by planning out the entire season in advance to allow all participants to excel to their best abilities throughout the season- Works with other coaches and volunteers by participating in meetings and coordinating with bosses to create a seamless experience for participants involved in the program- Prepare and organize all entries for participants and meets and act as a judge to allow participants to experience a real meet environment
