I was the interim Head of Financial Partnerships from May to September 2022. I developed relationships with banks & payment service providers around the world to expand Circle's geographic footprint. By connecting with banks & payment service providers, I set up the traditional financial infrastructure that is required to operate Circle's stablecoins and ensure they can always be exchanged 1:1 with the underlying fiat currency.

Kathryn led the New Partners team in GTS (Global Transaction Services) Emerging Payments and was responsible for third-party collaboration and the expansion of Bank of America’s business-to-consumer and business-to-business payment capabilities. In her role, she identified and established relationships with partners offering digital wallets and alternative payment methods to expand and enhance BofA’s global network of business-to-consumer and business-to-business payment methods. She also led the design, development and launch of new product offerings to address domestic and cross-border payment needs of BofA’s corporate clients.Led a cross-functional team of 75+ individuals to develop Recipient Select, a complex product that offers 6 domestic payment methods, including a new alias-based payment method for BofA. In 2022, Global Finance Magazine recognized BofA as one of the World’s Most Innovative Financial Institutions and named Recipient Select as an Outstanding Innovation in Payments.Co-Chair of the Women’s Leadership Council’s Recruiting Committee, devoted to attracting, retaining and promoting successful women in GBAM. Also, led several ESG initiatives for GTS.

GBAM’s Rising Star, 2020: Chosen from the U.S. Global Banking and Markets (GBAM) female Vice President population of 650+ individuals. Selected for exceptional business acumen and accomplishments, demonstrated and potential leadership, and a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Worked with product partners to execute cross-divisional innovations for Global Transaction Services, which align to core strategic goals. Partnered with external FinTech's to evaluate and bring in innovative and emerging technologies, to make Bank of America's products more competitive. Kathryn advanced technology-driven product initiatives, including implementing a blockchain solution for faster, cheaper and more transparent payments.

Worked on a team financing renewable energy projects, specifically wind and solar projects across the US. The team originates, structures, and executes structured debt and tax equity transactions. I spent more time structuring and executing structured debt transactions. The team was well known for structuring large revolving credit facilities for the solar industry's largest companies.
