I am an effective communicator and relationship builder with highly-developed problem solving and planning skills. I began my career as a litigator for a leading Boston law firm, and then moved in-house where I handled a wide variety of legal matters for major corporations. My responsibilities have encompassed many areas, including corporate transactions such as sales, mergers and acquisitions; commercial transactions, including sales and distribution agreements, procurement agreements, leases, and technology and license agreements; trademark and other intellectual property management; international law issues; data privacy; executive compensation and employee benefits; and litigation.I also have served on the Zoning Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals, Charter Revision Commission and Planning Commission (including a period as Chair) for the Town of Woodbury, Connecticut and currently serve as a member of the Chatham, Massachusetts Community Housing Partnership.
