Registered Dietitian and Food Blogger (One Hungry Bunny) with 10 years experience in the inpatient clinical setting in Boston, MA. Since August 2016, Boulder, CO has been my new home and I hope to explore additional nutrition fields, such as health and wellness and food industry to make a greater impact on our population's health decisions. As I follow my passion for food and health, I started a food blog in April 2016 called One Hungry Bunny discussing hot topics in nutrition, and my adventures in the kitchen as I attempt mainly plant-based cooking and food photography.
