As one of the original members of this early stage start up I wear many hats: Internal HR, Client HR consultant, Product Development for proprietary benefits administration software, and Sales. Internal Human Resources Lead - Guide business leaders on best practices related to compensation, compliance, recruitment, people relations, benefits, culture, and training. - Identify resources to utilize in development of setting foundational HR functions: employee handbook, benefits, outsourced consultants, recruiting agencies. Client HR Consultant - Lead strategic discussions with HR professionals on how best to leverage resources in serving their workforce. - Assist with questions related to benefits, administration, and future of work. Benefit Administration Platform - Work closely with engineering to identify and resolve issues as well as improve experience for HR and employees utilizing software. - Enroll and troubleshoot challenges for users within software during benefit administration - Develop a holistic wellness marketplace available to clients and employees. Seek out modern benefit partners and broker relationships that will ultimately serve the employee’s overall health. Sales - Collaborate with other leaders in continuing sales conversations to increase client population using software. - Identify, contact, and follow through the sales process related to partner relationships for a holistic marketplace.

As the Director of Recruitment, I lead and manage all recruitment activity for open requisitions, plan for upcoming headcount needs, and improve processes impacting both internal stakeholders and candidates involved in the recruiting process.

As a Recruiter at Landing I partner with hiring managers across the organization to develop job descriptions, sourcing projects, and structured candidate experiences to bring top talent to HQ. I care deeply about finding the right fit, both for the company and the candidates I speak with.

As the Host Operations Manager, I led the team that oversaw Landing's fleet of independent contractors. Hired, coached, and engaged individuals in each Landing market to support operations and member experience. Implemented processes and standards to improve user experience, and worked cross functionally to support various teams at Landing.

As an early hire of Landing, I was ready to jump in wherever and however I could. In my role as the Office Manager I wore many hats and learned many facets of the company quickly. One of my first side projects was developing our Host Team which quickly became my full time focus.
