As a Client Relations Specialist I partner with students and parents to provide guidance and assistance on college and scholarship applications, financial aid, and academic planning. I have successfully helped students achieve their educational goals and secure funding for their studies.I also work as an English Teacher at Wylie ISD, where I design and deliver engaging and rigorous lessons to high school students, aligned with the state standards and curriculum. I have consistently received positive feedback from students, parents, and administrators on my teaching effectiveness and classroom management skills.With a BA in Communication and Media Studies from Dallas Baptist University, I have developed strong interpersonal, communication, and copy editing skills that enable me to build rapport with diverse audiences, craft compelling messages, and ensure quality and accuracy in all my work. I am passionate about helping others succeed and grow, and I am eager to leverage my skills and experience in a fully customer-facing position in the corporate sector.
