·Coordination and distribution of project information with all required internal and external parties (Engineers, Architects, General Contractors, Project Managers, etc.)·Align with customer requirements, drawings and specifications to produce joist and deck layout drawings and bills of materials using an AutoCAD based software·Create and present project documents including RFI's, Change Orders and Customer Service Requests·Estimating Department assistance

· Assist Technologists and Project Managers with compilation of sewer, water, road, bridge, facility and park asset inventory data· Basic assignments involving Geomedia (Geographic Information Systems (GIS)), Excel, Access and other applications related to Capital Works program scheduling, asset condition assessment, and asset valuation.· Compilation of sewer, water, road, bridge, facility and park asset historical records, inspection data, and field verification/ quality control.
