I joined SQW Group in 2007, after the merger of SQW and Oxford Innovation, and am proud to have led the HR function throughout the Group's evolution. I became Head of HR in September 2015, becoming a member of the Executive Board. In this role I set the strategic agenda for each of the divisions, whilst maintaining oversight of operational delivery and process improvement, and ensuring that employee experience is always a priority. Specialties: HR leadership, strategic and operational, strategy formation and delivery, HR technology selection and implementation, recruitment and selection at all levels, including volume campaigns, Assessment Centres and psychometric testing, Employee Relations, including grievance, disciplinary and infrequent compulsory redundancy programmes, Reward, including salary surveys, salary and bonus reviews, Flexible Benefits, pension and benefits rebroking.
