I joined SQW Group in 2007, after the merger of SQW and Oxford Innovation, and am proud to have led the HR function throughout the Group's evolution. I became Head of HR in September 2015, becoming a member of the Executive Board. In this role I set the strategic agenda for each of the divisions, whilst maintaining oversight of operational delivery and process improvement, and ensuring that employee experience is always a priority.
