About Kathryn Styles, Mba, Cphr

An HR professional with 12+ years of experience providing guidance and delivering results in areas including talent acquisition, performance management, policy development and interpretation, wellness (including mental health initiatives) and talent management programs. I'm passionate about people being central to a company's success and believe in developing and delivering on programs that engage and support employees.
