My abiding interest in people, science and learning continues to create a great life's journey. I have a passion to enable individuals and organisations to move well in the world. My previous position within VCGS, a world-leading Australian not-for-profit, which acts as a key enabler of impact for MCRI and VCGS research, and laboratory and clinical best practice supports my current offering. This sits inside the organisational design and development space, alongside a depth of experience and capability in executive and workplace performance coaching.My experience in sales, leadership and communication comes via the core industries of life sciences, biotechnology and clinical research and development. I am invested in supporting and enabling leadership expertise in activating organisations to succeed and flourish. Including stakeholder engagement, industry and stakeholder partnerships, communication and business and strategic planning. I am also delighted to apply principles of organisational change readiness, adult learning and performance management to enable and create the outcomes you seek. I have a passion for sustainable results which increase employee engagement, enjoyment and capability. I am a current practitioner of Ontological coaching and the application of it's principles to successful re-invention within organisations.I am an emerging artist in the space of landscape and semi-abstract oil and acrylic artworks.
