My role here was varied - job advertising, interviewing potential candidates for sales and admin roles - face to face and over the phone, sourcing clients via job boards and LinkedIn, attending client meetings, attending networking events to represent the company, social media strategy, advertising and keeping all channels up to date in line with the.

Advertising for, sourcing, screening and interviewing of temporary childcare candidates for the Berkshire branch of the company. Pre-employment checks and work inductions for all successful candidates for the site and support of those candidates thereafter. Also provided administrative support to regional managers and consultants.

Administrative support to consultants at the Berkshire branch involving reference and DBS checks and candidate database administration.

Managing the temporary desk at the Berkshire branch of the company. This involved sales calls, visiting potential new clients, managing client relationships as well as sourcing and interviewing potential new candidates, inductions and pre-employment checks for successful candidates. In this role I was instrumental to the success of the Berkshire branch.
