Kathryn Young, Managing Partner with Boyden Global Executive Search, and based out of Vancouver, Canada, has been providing the highest level of human capital consulting for two decades. With a flourishing practice focused on assessing and recruiting senior level positions in the Canadian marketplace, she has stewarded committees and clients around hundreds of executive level assignments, almost exclusively in the Board, CEO and VP ranks. Notably, Kathryn has been involved in top leadership recruits on behalf of a great many of Vancouver’s leading organization.
