Worked on certification for Medicare reimbursement of disease states (JCAHO) and development of programs for store clinics to increase potential revenue streams (pediatric programs with IVIG, adult programs with Botox, cosmetics). Wrote policies and procedures for Infusion Therapy, worked with Managed Care Director to grow the business in HI with carve outs in Growth hormone, IVIG, Synagis, etc.

Presided over Marketing, Managed Care and Sales. Responsible for growing revenue stream from 12 million to 24 million over 3 years. Developed partnership with Kaiser Permante between Rehab services and Hospice.

Interim Management contracts for Homecare, Home Infusion, Closed Door Pharmacies, etc. Business Development for the above including identifying additional revenue streams for companies such as telemonitoring, shared services (Kaiser- VNA), reimbursement enhancement secondary to QA audits and appropriate therapy placement. Assisted start up agencies with DHS, title XXII, JCAHO, etc. for licensure. Developed infusion suites, business development for Oncology infusion suites for addition revenue streams, developed first outpatient stem cell transplant program.

Responsible for Initial and ongoing Joint Commission Accreditation, agency compliance and management of all Infusion services both in home and within skilled nursing facilities. Involved in Marketing, auditing and contracting.
