Manage sales team, media consultants sales representatives responsible over $6.2 million in sales revenue for two Texas sales divisions. Develop media consultants to grow and nurture business relationships with clients;Responsible for achieving sales targets for print, direct mail, and electronic on-line products. Hire, lead, manage, coach, and develop a staff sales consultants to achieve company goals by building media consultants sales skills, following the sales call process, and using company tools resources to maximize sales. Develop, track, and analyze marketing programs including: usage of clients incentives to maximize the advertising dollar and, barters with area hotels/motels, barters with area restaurants, newspapers, and area chamber of commerce's, etc that may increase usage, possession, and the customers experience (quality of the leads). Manage other areas within SM role such as: consistent sales results, maintaining productivity levels, coaching, constant improvements, sales schedule graph, special projects, budgets, commission rates to drive results, contests, chamber membership meetings/events, manage directory results, etc.
