Develop HR strategy: Develop and implement HR strategy in line with the strategic objectives of the organisation to ensure effective management of HR and support the growth of the organisation.Recruitment and Selection: Responsible for the recruitment and selection of suitable employees, including preparing recruitment plans, placing job advertisements, screening CVs, interviewing candidates and completing background checks.Training and Development: Design and implement staff training programmes to facilitate career development and advancement and ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs.Performance appraisal: Develop a performance appraisal system to regularly assess employee performance and provide targeted feedback and development plans to improve employee performance levels.Employee relations management: Manage employee relations, handle employee complaints and disputes, promote a positive employee relations climate and ensure that employees' work environment and benefits packages comply with laws, regulations and organisational policies.Legal compliance: Ensure that the organisation's HR practices comply with applicable labour laws and regulations, including compliance with employment contracts, labour contracts, working hours regulations, pay and benefits, etc.Leadership and Guidance: Acts as the leader of the HR department and works with senior management to provide HR management advice and support for the organisation's strategic objectives.
