Kathy is a seasoned veteran and has been in the real estate, appraisal and mortgage industries for roughly 40 years. Her years of experience have afforded her knowledge and experience in sales, marketing, corporate as well as private residential appraisals and appraisal reviews, corporate vetting with Wall Street entities, Prime and Sub-prime lending practices, divisional and local vendor/staff management as well as a prior co-ownership of an appraisal and real estate company, overseeing arbitration, appraisal training and authoring a few appraisal articles in trade and state related resource materials. Kathy has been affiliated with Allstate Appraisal L.P. since the mid-1990s. Kathy has recently retired and now lives in a senior community to be near her daughter on the island of Maui.
