My mission is to help customers and clients get better results by any means possible. Recently my efforts were focused on helping Wizehire, a SaaS tech startup that provided a hiring solution and applicant tracking system, grow from one employee (that would be me) to over 150 team members in just 7 years. I did it all: set up scalable client support systems and processes; recruited and hired new staff members from entry level client support to the C-suite; implemented new customers to create raving fans and repeat business; designed and delivered new team member onboarding at all levels to improve employee engagement and safeguard company culture; provided actionable management strategies and results to internal managers and external clients through DISC behavioral assessments and training; contributed to blogs and Facebook marketing campaigns designed to increase customer base; set up Sales operations and trade show logistics to expand customer base; planned and executed company-wide events and individual team meet-ups to rave reviews. Everywhere I served the company my focus was consistently on communicating effectively in person and in writing, so that clients could accomplish their goals and internal team members could attract and support those clients to help WizeHire accomplish its growth objectives and KPIs. I am a small business owner, and an insightful client advocate. I am agile and possess a growth mindset. I easily adapt to disruption and am open to feedback. I am on a life-long quest to gain new information and skills, and I learn from losing. I am experienced in coaching, training, instructional design, technical writing, and proofreading. I've worked in youth development, non-profit, and retail.
