Ophthalmology Practice Administrator 34 years. Began my career (a few years back!) as a1970's secretary! That is a term no longer in use. Typing, shorthand are things of the past (typing on a typewriter that is). In this practice, I am an event planner, coder, supervisor, HR, building caretaker, and so much more. Credentialing, marketing, HR, HIPAA police, and any other duties necessary to make Summit Eye Care the number 1 provider of eye care services in the area. I love my position, the staff we have, the physicians and most of all the patients. We are currently in the process of opening an "Office-based Surgery Centre".
