• Singlehandedly built nearly 400 adult outpatient, oral chemotherapy, and therapy plan protocols (both oncology and non-oncology specialties)• Led all content and workflow validation sessions related to treatment plan and therapy plan workflows with operational and clinical management staff• Worked alongside Beacon, EpicCare, Radiant, and Willow counterparts to build and test workflows for go-live, including but not limited to appointment scheduling, protocol conversion, nurse documentation, lab workflows and reporting

• Built nearly 100 adult outpatient, inpatient, supportive care, and oral chemotherapy protocols• Converted paper chemotherapy e-claims forms into Beacon oncology workflows

• Worked with Orders, Ambulatory, Cadence, Referrals and Willow teams to bring several outpatient departments live on therapy plans and prior authorization workqueues without Beacon or outside provider access to Epic• Built and reviewed over 50 unique therapy plans from paper• Created training materials and engaged end users for integrated optimization workflows regarding therapy plan go live and optimization• Worked with Willow Inpatient team on heparin calculator build, Pyxis identity mapping, flowsheet enhancements and general issue resolution ticketing• Reviewed MyChart Nova Notes for May 2019 upgrade

• Singlehandedly responsible for Beacon research build, testing, training for upcoming Research module go live • Reviewed Nova Notes, completed build, and conducted testing for upgrade to Epic 2018• Led validation, build, training, and testing efforts to roll out Beacon, EpicCare Ambulatory, and Willow and SoftLab interfaces to Fox Chase Cancer Center, a recent TUHS acquisition• Built 400+ NCCN, research, and supportive care adult outpatient protocols• Completed 50 percent of Beacon and EpicCare Ambulatory build among a team of four including users and security, navigators, workflow engine rule, Doc Flowsheets, Charge Capture, and Reporting• Created all training tip sheets, workflow Visios, and go-live preparation documentation• Closed over 100, nearly half, of all go-live tickets and served as the direct help line for oncology providers throughout 4 week go-live
