-Ensure that all transactions submitted for payment are in compliance with university and state procurement requirements -Responsible for check runs, wire payments, and commercial card payments.-Responsible for checking the accuracy of electronic invoices downloaded to the university’s accounting program to prevent delays in payment to the vendors.-Assist management in analyzing commercial card payments and electronic invoices for propriety and reasonableness.-Verify the accuracy of sub-awards submitted for payment, and then enter for processing.-Responsible for all Qatar payments and calculations from Rayils to USD.

*Process accounts payable invoices using QuickBooks software *Code expenses to the general ledger regarding cell phone usage per employee and American Express charges per employee *Verify non reoccurring expenses through management in order to process payment *Run checks for payment and mail to vendors *Update vendor spreadsheets when payment has been made *Review W-9s and verify vendors eligible for 1099s *Run 1099s *Forecast operating expenses and consultant's time for each month
