Held leadership roles in Product and Professional Services. Most recently, led a Product Management practice and team dedicated to creating and launching “cutting edge” products focused on elevating employee performance and impacting business results of organizations globally. Spearheaded the digital transformation of products into innovative cloud-based solutions that have the capability to personalize learning and generate powerful behavior based analytics that drive performance improvement. Previously, grew and nurtured a Professional Services practice focused on the customization and implementation of sales, service and leadership learning solutions resulting in increased customer loyalty, revenue and profitability. Partnered with customers on large scale implementations to ensure they achieved their desired results from their engagement. Inspired, managed and coached a high performing team of professionals including instructional designers and project managers focused on maximizing the customer experience and ensuring customer success.

Built and managed a training function focused on developing the professional knowledge and skills of 3,700 executives and associates. Designed, developed and facilitated organization wide service skills training initiative. Identified, assessed, and developed high-potential associates. Led a cultural transformation and change management initiative during merger. Facilitated key training initiatives with associates to ensure quality of product and delivery.

Planned and managed all aspects of the full scale launch of a new leadership training simulation to the market. Included research and development, product management, product marketing, and sales readiness and support.

Held positions in sales, delivery and project management. Was responsible for identifying prospects and selling sales training solutions; facilitation of AchieveGlobal's training programs in sales, customer service and leadership; and project management of large scale customizations and implementations.

Responsible for attracting new business and sustaining existing customer base in the sales of business forms. Consistently achieved 100% of quota and awarded promotion to major account responsibilities based on accomplishments.
