Assist in production if needed and required to operate production equipment. During the downtime, I am to stock or order required PPE or lab equipment. Overlook all equipment before and after production with sanitation. Perform ATP swab and other microbial testing. Ensures the rules of safety, product quality, hygiene (GMP, HACCP, SQF, and ISO) are followed. Ensures that all production data is entered and correctly followed up in relation to individual processing functions. Verify and confirm that all employees are following SOPs, SSOP and all other safety procedures to the Safety Manager and Quality Assurance Manager. Communicate with the Production Supervisors and Maintenance personnel about any safety concerns or issues. Follow up on any customer complaints/ foreign object and routine check on Shelf Life program.
