Contract draft examination and concern highlight: customer information, credit record build up to finance team for new customer; incoterms;payment term and payment way (L/C, T/T or D/P) match up to customer’s credit record (confirm revenue based on payment term and financial conservation principal); check with factory side if contract requested factory side related documents are feasible; check lead time and confirm with factory side schedule.b. SO and PO management: Place SO and PO in system rata, confirm lead time and keep tracking and comfirm delivery schedule and communicate with factory side and customer to reschedule if any delay; prepare documents for C/C; cowork with forwarder to arrange shipment and C/C, keep tracking shipment status; send DI (delivery Instruction) to factory; dealing with commodity return both online and offlinec. AR and AP control: release C/I; track contract phase (delivery, receive, installation); collect payment step by step when payment term mature; check AR list regularly; keep tracking payment status to prevent long outstanding; explain SAFE’s policy to customers and collect related documens required by SAFE (State Administration of Foreign Exchange) to release payment to factory side.d.
