Strong track record of successfully improving business effectiveness and employee engagement as well as architecting experiential learning journeys for executives. I am a collaborative leader with experience in designing people initiatives and learning and leadership development journeys, strong skills coaching employees and senior executives, project and program management, verbal and written communication, partnering with senior leadership, and growing external vendor partnerships.Outside of work, I sing in the band at my church, enjoy kickboxing, volunteer and serve on the Board at our local food bank, and read a book a week.
