Responsible for managing staff, interviewing, new hire orientation and training, staff scheduling, prepared monthly accounts of procedures for office's procedures at local hospitals, coordinated with billing department to ensure accurate billing, assist billing department with rejections, assist the MA and other staff members when needed, answered phones, called patients back with test results, pre-certified testing and procedures scheduled at the hospital, scheduled Cardiac Cath testing, ensured Pre-op was performed and results received and appropriate for procedure, maintained inventory of medical and office supplies and handled all staff issues according to company guidelines.
