2013-2016 Supervised the Asset Management for 5 Bay Area projects for CBREGI2011-2013 Oakland City CenterAsset Management of 7 office buildings, 1.6Million Square Feet of office & retail space, public plaza and a 1200 car public parking garage. Director/GM• Reorganized/restructured a staff of 34, Managers, Staff and Engineers. • Oversee the Management, Marketing, Leasing and Project Management/Construction.• Directed the leasing or renewal of 970,000 square feet of space.• Completed in excess of $5M in capital improvements.• Interface directly with the project owners on a daily basis. • Due diligence through the process of selling the buildings individually.• Worked with a team to develop CC&R’s for the plaza and common areas.• Oversee an annual budget of over $42m.

As the Director of Property Management I had overall responsibility for cost control, managed and leased an asset management portfolio in excess of 800,000 square feet of office and industrial properties. I was directly responsible for a 20 person property management, accounting and maintenance staff. In addition I prepared annual operating budgets and accounts receivable reports.
