Accountable for providing support to the Director of Admissions, ADA management team, Admissions department of 50 employees, and the High School program.  Assisted in creating department inquiry marketing matrixes, annual budget planning, event promotion and logistics, and marketing materials.  Performed accounting responsibilities such as managing purchase orders, balancing accounts, tracking and submitting six traveling high school representatives’ monthly expense reports, managing department purchases and tracking budget expenses.  Performed event coordination and detailed execution for open houses, quarterly orientations, high school workshops, and college fairs.
