I am an experienced Job developer/Business Specialist with a passion for helping others achieve their employment goals. I have ten years of experience providing and teaching employment skills to individuals with disabilities. I enjoy creating and facilitating a variety of workshops. I am currently taking on the challenge of transferring in-person workshops to virtual platforms and providing quality "Remote" services to our consumers and partners at the Department of Rehabilitation. I am a lifelong learner and will be completing my Master's in Rehabilitation Counseling, in August 2021. I love collaborating with like-minded individuals and feel that supporting one another and appreciating each other's unique skills and abilities will result in success for everyone.I recently started my new position as a Senior Vocational Rehabilitation counselor, with the Department of Rehabilitation in December, 2020. I look forward to using my background as an employment specialist and my recent education to develop my counseling skills and assist persons with disabilities in getting the training and education they need to obtain competitive integrated employment.
