As a Security Response Center Analyst 2 I am responsible for monitoring and processing life/safety, robbery, burglary and other alarms in accordance with Wells Fargo security procedures in the Security Response Center. Assist in obtaining the initial information for all reported incidents. Work closely with other Security Response Center Analysts to ensure escalation guidelines are followed according to written procedures. Work with alarm vendors to facilitate the resolution of problem calls relating to the alarm systems. Notify various bank groups/government agencies as required. Assist customers in resolving alarm system maintenance/service needs. Perform data entry in support of Security Response Center requirement.Monitor and process life/safety, robbery, burglary and other alarms in accordance with Wells Fargo security procedures in the Security Response Center.Corporate Security consists of a team of over 400 professionals, who wake up each day and commit their every effort to protecting and serving Wells Fargo team members, customers, and shareholders. My work as a Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) in the Rural/Metro Fire Department involved the operation of specialized equipment to receive and transfer enhanced 911 emergency calls, the interviewing of callers to determine the nature and location of the emergency, and the transferring of the voice or data to another agency for dispatch or service.
