Many of my clients are repeat customers or referrals from past customers who can vouch for my ability to get the job done when it come to selling and buying residential real estate. I also gain numerous clients each year through my consistant branding and marketing campaigns. Most recently, I added property management to my resume at Coldwell Banker Elite. I managed 450+ residential and commercial properties and the maintenance and leasing staff. Starting my real estate career working as a coordinator of a foreclosure office for 3 years, I also have extensive experience in all aspects of the management of residential properties. Having managed and sold over 150 foreclosures in 3 years, through sheer numbers, I became a seasoned agent very quickly and can and have handled almost any situation that arises in the process of selling, buying, or managing properties. My former career as a successful horse professional ( manager, trainer, instructor) for 16 years gave me a strong work ethic in a career that required long hours, 7 days a week. Having coached and trained people and horses at the top level of the horse show world, I also gained exceptional organizational skills and learned the necessity of paying attention to details in order for my clients and horses to win. Managing a large farm of over eighty head of horses, 20+ employees, and hundreds of customers taught me leadership. problem solving, and management skills. Graduating from the University of Mary Washington with honors ( Magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, I have always been a high acheiver, quick learner, problem solver, and multi tasker.
