My goal is to be successful in a management position utilising my full range of skills and experience. Specifically, a role where I can mentor staff to achieve their best in contributing to the effective operation of the business or specific project.While at Hands-on Systems, I gained holistic business, technical and analytical experience through a broad range of industries and cultures. These skills would complement most business environments as it was necessary to build successful relationships by engaging and maintaining the interests of diverse groups without loosing focus of the business and its goals. Mag-Tek was a catalyst for enriching my business administration skills and broadening my process management and project management experience within a banking technology environment.At Mpos Australia I continued my ties with banking industry technology and services also having responsibility for the business' accounting function.My recent role at Jet Convert afforded me to utilise most of my past experiences and expertise, while also allowing me to further develop my people management skills.I enjoy engaging with a diverse array of people, building relationships that are rewarding for everyone.
