I am a strategic, creative and innovative manager with 30 years of Sales and Management experience at the Cincinnati USA Convention and Visitor's Bureau. Proven expertise in building relationships with clients, partners, organizations and charities. I have assisted our team to reach individual and team goals, coordinate multiple functional events and marketing programs, travel to sell our region and maintain memberships within of our largest industry organizations. In 1990, I started my career to pursue my passion for the meetings and event industry as a Sales Manager with the Cincinnati CVB - mission is to improve the region's viability by attracting meeting planners, convention attendees and leisure/tourism visitors. My leadership in sales, public relations, training and marketing has allowed us consistent achievement of record-breaking results in multiple account segments.
