Forty years of experience in the K-12 marketplace providing a variety of services for school district financial application software, including installation, training/consulting services, customer support, testing/QA, managing application software development/software releases, project planning/management for new and existing customer implementations, and billing services and maintenance contracts. Developed series of Skill Enhancement webinars for legacy and alio™ Financials. As unit manager, managed a team of consultants, project managers, and data conversion specialists servicing school districts and municipalities across the U.S. using Weidenhammer legacy financial application software, CIMS Financial Accounting Software, and alio Financial Application Software. Currently focusing on project planning/management, scheduling installation and services for add-on products, software migration, and handling all customer billing for the department including services billing and maintenance contracts. Received Employee of the Year recognition in 2016 for doing a fantastic job with customer billing, making sure that completed projects are billed on a timely manner and that nothing falls through the cracks (the Education Solutions Division has many, many projects in progress at any given time).
