I implemented and run the HSA/FSA Health program for our company and a liaison for our Front and Backend conversion. Primarily I work closely with Finance, Interchange, Residuals and Pricing between Sales Groups and internal departments promoting the continued expansion of both new and existing Sales Groups and enhanced internal services. Establish relationships and provide encouragement for present and future sales of credit card merchants and in the sales endeavor. Provide leadership to subordinate the department team. Work close with upper level management and peers for problem resolution. Involved in escalations and decision making for Sales Groups, Vendors and Internal Departments. Communicate directly with our Top 60 groups on a weekly basis to inform them of Company and Association mandates and requirements and how changes may affect merchants.

To keep our Sales partners advised of industry changes and requirements as well as new products and services being introduced in the industry. To be instrumental in sales growth, customer contracts and pricing, industry specific setup and compliance rules, manage and oversee interchange qualification and downgrades for Visa, MasterCard and Discover, oversee residual payment to sales groups, statement analysis, presentations. Oversee escalations from sales groups and find a resolution.
