Below is a brief overview of who I am as an individual and how I show my uniqueness in my Real Estate Career.Before Real Estate:I grew up in one of the prettiest places in Southern California, the Palos Verdes Peninsula. My parents had their own Real Estate Office named Seaview Properties, so Real Estate has been a part of me since my entire life. I grew up riding horses and bikes to the beach, playing tennis, swimming and hanging out with really good friends! It was Southern California in the 80's! hard to beat that environment! I discovered I had a knack for design. I fell in love with Fashion, interiors and graphic design. So in college, I experimented with learning all of those skills. Fashion won out and I majored in Fashion Merchandising at the University of Arizona. After college, I went back to Southern California and got a job at The Regency Club in West LA. There I discovered the incredible world of classic french food and its magical yumminess. Food and cooking became a big part of my life! I became fascinated by what is now considered lifestyle. I moved to Las Cruces, New Mexico, got married and raised two amazing and incredible boys! I started staging for realtors when my youngest was going to go off to college, and that led me to getting my Real Estate license.Real Estate:I have a very diverse background and that reality lets me connect easily with many people. I love the energy all people bring to a social situation, and I love to feed off other people's knowledge and uniqueness! I have spent many years educating myself in all areas of Real Estate. I am an education nerd, and love to go down rabbit holes researching what is needed for a particular transaction. Because I'm visual and have design knowledge, I can easily put a buyer with the right home. This skill works on the listing side as well. I have the eye for how to merchandise a home property for a faster than normal sale.
