Contracts Program/Project Manager▪ Draft and negotiate contracts - primarily responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial contracts supporting Seagate's Global operations.▪ Work under the general supervision of a Seagate attorney to draft and negotiate contracts and other legal documents using Seagate standard templates.▪ Provide Online Sales and “as-a-service” legal support: a key role in supporting Seagate’s “as-a-service offerings” including negotiating with key business partners, and maintaining a strong awareness of the laws and regulations regarding online sales and “as-a-service” offering.▪ Work with internal requestors to determine business requirements and negotiate contract terms based on Seagate’s business requirements.▪ Identify non-standard terms and work with attorneys and relevant internal stakeholders to review and approve contract terms.▪ Manage contract workflow and approval processes to ensure that internal stakeholders review and approve contracts according to Seagate policies.▪ Maintain a database of contracts and updates throughout the contract lifecycle, from requesting, drafting, and signing; through amending, renewing, terminating, and archiving.▪ Work cross-functionally to support other areas of the legal department, such as compliance, dispute resolution, intellectual property, government relations, and labor law; and will help coordinate matters between Seagate attorneys and outside counsel.

Formed an LLC to hold residential real estate, researched available properties, selected properties and negotiated purchase agreements to meet ROI criteria. Managed all areas of operations to bring properties to leasable condition including hiring, screening and supervising contractors. Marketed properties and screened tenants to produce quality leases. Researched and resolved all residential issues and handled all tenant communications. Produced a portfolio of properties meeting desired investment and ROI criteria.
