My career journey has provided me a unique experience starting in health care and moving to the financial services industry working in various roles with progression to a professional level. My passion is to be the best I can be in any role and fully commit myself to meeting the responsibilities of the position with continued growth and development. For the majority of my career, I dedicated myself to Wells Fargo as an Instructional Design Consultant. My natural talents combined with developed skills, hard work, commitment, and formal education allowed me to excel in the instructional designer and developer role. I was responsible for analyzing business needs, designing, developing, delivering, and assessing the success of employee training programs using various delivery channels, such as on-site and virtual classroom, self-study, team meetings, coaching, video, but mostly eLearning. For the development of large curricula, I mostly used a blended learning solution. I have demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office products and eLearning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate and Presenter as well as Xyleme Create.Following a displacement from Wells Fargo, my career journey has circled back to health care in a contracted role. Moving forward, my goal is to continue a business career in technical writing, document composition, or administrative support.
