 Directly responsible for controlling shrinkage in Flagship Dadeland store. Conducted internal investigations and interviews/interrogations. Supervised 10-20 full time LP Detectives responsible for identifying and apprehending shoplifters.  Supervised a uniformed in house guard staff with external store responsibilities. Directed investigations of cash shortages and credit fraud.  Conducted Store Shrink Awareness training. Performed audits for compliance with financial and regulatory control requirements. Corporate trainer responsible for certifying all Loss Prevention Associates.  Corporate Quality Time Management facilitator for executives.
