As administrative support to the Director of Staffing and Recruiting for this large software development company, I was deeply involved in the planning and coordination of growing the department into a "world class" recruiting group. I was heavily involved in the development of metrics, creation of an updated Employee Referral Program, development of reporting tools for the Executive Leadership Team as well primary responsibility for development of an Executive Recruitment function. I was promoted into a Junior Recruiter role where I was able to apply my Targeted Selection experience in sourcing and prescreening candidates for senior level recruiters. I was also responsible for research and creation of a matrix analyzing the functionality of thirty application tracking systems to help in the selection of a new ATS for JD Edwards.

I worked with the recruiting department for the Telecom division of this large IT Consultancy. My primary duties were sourcing, candidate management, travel management and ATS management. Although I did work with experienced candidates, most of my candidates were recent college graduates interviewing for their first positions.
