As Field Director I was responsible for all bidding, planning and managing of qualitative research projects. This included bidding projects for clients and RFPs, writing recruitment sceening guides, tracking the recruitment of study participants for our clients and supervising the fieldwork in cities across the country. While overseeing research projects, I kept in frequent telephone/email contact with clients and was adept at managing their needs and expectations.
