As a retired special education teacher with 31 years of experience, I have worked with children and adolescents with learning disabilities, ADHD, autism and spectrum disorders, emotional disturbances, multiple-handicaps, and cognitive impairments. I worked closely with parents and staff to develop practical strategies for learning and behavior management at school and home. I use my extensive teaching and holistic background to help parents and children navigate the educational system and develop practical self healing holistic methods to promote health and well being for the entire family. I teach stress reduction techniques as well as behavioral management techniques and time/organizational management. I use my energy healing, intuition, and background in working with emotionally fragile children and adults to better help my clients and their families. As an intuitive energy healer I use a variety of alternative holistic methods to relieve stress, pain, and anxiety. I am trained in Usui and Karuna Reiki and Emotional Freedom Technique. I use crystals and essential oils in my sessions for greater healing. My goal is to help adults and children learn natural holistic techniques to lead a fulfilling, healthy stress free life. I work with my clients in developing skills to reduce anxiety, reduce stress, and enhance their ability to enjoy life. I encourage my clients to eat organic and clean and to increase activity in their daily life through exercise or fun. I am also a certified medical intuitive through the Healing in Harmony Center and a trained hospice volunteer.
