In my 6th year at Palo Alto software I began a new role as Director of Product Marketing. I led a team of talented product marketers to communicate the value and positioning of PAS products, namely LivePlan software, to the market. The more tools and knowledge small business owner/operators have to make their businesses more successful, the better we all are because small business is the heart of the US economy. Software solves problems - it makes life easier! Often the full value of a solution can be hidden, either within the complexity of the system, or because a user doesn't have time or resources to fully understand and implement the value. That's where product marketing comes in!I'm addicted to the push-pull between communicating the value in a product, and then evolving that value with new user experiences, both in and out of product. And in building strong partnerships with like-minded companies to support the full customer ecosystem. It's really all about solving customer problems and delighting in customer experience! I want our customers to love us, and the solutions we bring!

Develop the program for positioning LivePlan as a business management tool to Accountants and Strategic Advisors. Identify customer profile, develop funnel management, establish customer training and retention, and develop and nurture strategic partnerships.This position at Palo Alto Software is challenging and rewarding.
