As Platform Owner of Cloud Business Services, I hold end-to-end accountability for the maintenance, stability and availability of approx 15 applications supporting thousands of users Enterprise wide. This includes development, design, release planning, incident management, problem management, cyber vulnerability management & project delivery across all apps. Supporting both onshore and offshore teams our stakeholder base is diverse and critical to the success of the business. Leading a team of Technical Engineers, across both first level and second level support, my role is also to support and develop them with their own career goals and create an engaged and motivated work environment. Creating tight relationships with our stakeholders and vendors is key to our values always looking for efficiency improvements in our interactions. Platform Owner of a number of key applications both on-premise and SaaS including, ServiceNow, SMARTCOMMS, Jira & Confluence, DocuSign, Signavio, Document Archiving systems, Reporting systems.
