- Providing offshore accounting service to an Australian company;- Processing payroll payments to staff and completing bank and supplier reconciliations;- Supervising creditors and debtors and prepare regular management reports on accounts receivables & accounts payables for management review; - Preparing weekly cash flow forecast for management review;- Assisting management with determining, implementing, monitoring, and reviewing budgetary and accounting strategies, policies and plans;- Month end tasks including accruals journals posting; reviewing and reconciling accounting accounts, performing Balance Sheet Reconciliations;- Monitoring and maintaining the optimal level of the company's internal control systems;- Providing assurance to management about the accuracy of information in financial and management reports.

- Providing accurate and timely period (monthly, quarterly, and yearly) reports on all financial data and variances to local management, region to enable effective monitoring of the company’s financial performance;- Providing detailed analysis on all significant financial variances are performed and provide meaningful commentary to management and cost center managers to enable necessary corrective measures to be undertaken and to capitalize on identified opportunities;- Implementing and maintaining budgeting process and model to cover all financial aspects of the company’s activities and ensure all activities of the company relating to budgeting and management reporting are properly planned, managed and controlled.

- A member of Financial Services Organisation team at Ernst and Young Vietnam Ltd., specialising in the provision of audit and advisory services to banks and financial institutions in Vietnam;- Reviewing and analyzing accounting system of financial credit institutions to ensure financial data and statements accuracy;- Analyzing financial statements and operations to identify risks to be focused and make recommendations of works in planning and final audit phase;- Providing recommendations on accounting issues of clients and their compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards and other regulations on investment and financial reporting;- Supporting clients in conducting high quality financial statements in accordance with Vietnamese and International Accounting Standards;- Providing guidance and support to team members to meet tight deadlines and delivers superior performance.
