Innovated a budgeting tool in Microsoft Excel to provide flexible budgeting and management reporting. Monthly management reporting includes budget versus actuals as well as vendor or account summaries. Each budget owner’s template integrates with the overall firm budget and creates an import template for the firm’s financial system.Designed compensation master files which are loaded as tables in the financial system to enable combined reporting of timekeeper statistical and compensation information, eliminating risk of errors and greatly increasing efficiency.
