• Build organizational cultures, leadership tenets and operational procedures for a team of 20 tech professionals in the US, Canada, and Vietnam;• Devise HR resources and talent development strategies; manage front-to-back recruitment cycle;• Coordinate communications between the organization’s executives and advisors;• Establish and manage day-to-day procedures and cross-department communications.
