I'm officially part of the furniture at Fusion Accounting Solutions, with over 30 years with the firm. I have had many titles and responsibilites over my time and an fondly known as the official fire extinguisher in the office as I continously provide solutions and innovative ways to move us forward as a team or as I like to say put out fires. My key responsibilities include:- Build relationships with new clients and maintain high quality relationships with existing clients - maintain and coordinate the administration fuctions of the firm- software and IT office go to - Monitor lodgement programs ensuring always at 85% or above completion rates- Liase between the 3 functions of the firm ensuring cohesive practices and open communication channels
