Global P&L responsibility for $12B product business including Ethernet switching, wireless LAN, routing and security products across Enterprise and Service Provider customer segments and a global team of over 3000 employees. Responsible for the implementation and governing of technology architectures, Cisco Software (IOS) and network management products, global government solutions, and product development operations. As a member of Cisco’s Development Council, lead the global team building the product portfolio generating $36 Billion in sales. In addition to primary responsibilities, Member of Operating Committee which is the executive decision making team. Also, co-lead Cisco’s Architecture Council and Commercial Business Council, and serve as executive sponsor of the Diversity Council.
