- Direct and assist students and faculty at the University of Michigan Chemistry Department- Regularly and accurately utilize Microsoft Excel and Google Forms to keep track of and update Chemistry Ph.D. students' information for administrative use- Handle student interactions and provide general administrative support to faculty, including helping to manage projects for staff and faculty as needed- Support staff members when organizing and setting up department events, including seminars and guest lectures

- Oversee and manage the entire copy section of the yearbook, including organizing meetings between writers and editors to problem solve and maintain good communication and relationships among the staff- Work under tight deadlines to edit university activity stories written each month for both grammar and content

- Edit the stories written for the school’s official yearbook each deadline, as well as providing support to all of the yearbook writers

- Represent the voices of all student-athletes at the University of Michigan, working with 50+ student-athletes across 30 teams to discuss ways to improve the student-athlete experience- Serve as part of the governing body for athletes, with about two representatives from each team

- Utilize strong time management skills to maintain academic and athletic excellence and commitments, managing a rigorous schedule, practicing and training 20+ hours a week- 2022-2023 All Big Ten First Year Team, All Big Ten Second Team, and All Academic Team- Incorporate feedback from coaches and teammates to help improve performance- 2022 NCA National Champion

- Create posts and maintain the growing company’s social media, broadening the company’s audience- Monitor and strategically analyze reports on social demographics and viewer engagement information

- Work closely with a financial professional with clients on market trades and portfolio management- Encourage trusting relationships with clients as well as conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports to update databases and spreadsheets with statistical and financial information- Assist in developing marketing strategies as well as undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities

- Worked with a graduate student mentor on a research poster titled Fiscal Accountability in Education- Analyzed quantitative data to conclude the impact of a variety of educational/school laws on different states and how these laws affect both district finances and general student achievement

- Coached children ages 4-13 gymnastics, helping them grow, both in terms of technical skills and self-discipline.

- Assisted the teacher in teaching Chinese to kids and provided in-depth one-on-one help to students- Helped Asian-American kids become more in touch with their Chinese culture

- Scheduled appointments, interacted with patients, and worked with doctors to help make both the doctors and patients' days run as smoothly as possible
