As Office Manager at Dr. Parker's Practice, my responsibilities included -Organizing and managing various functions in the workplace to make sure there is effective and appropriate work being done.-Supervising the workers and keeping various information of projects, and targets.-Forming workplace guidelines and assisting workers understand how to adhere to them by establishing a good example.-Assign obligations to employees and observe their performance.-Make suggestions and give feedback on staff’s efficiency to other mature authorities.-Set deadlines for goals or, projects.-Interviews new workers and helps in their orientation.-Assesses the need for any training for employees and performs those programs for their benefit.
